Activities to familiarise learners with numbers to 20, 50 and 100 and the stations of the times tables up to 10. Hear the Number and Find the Number are speech supported activities that reinforce learners’ understanding of two digit numbers and their relationships. In Times Tables Stations learners count on to build the patterns that underpin the times tables. This sub-activity is extremely useful. It can be used a preparation for learning a “Times Table”. It can provide a visual pattern within the 100 square. In some learners the visual pattern can be a strong reinforcer of the sequences involved in learning tables.
Note: As Adobe Flash is no longer in use worldwide, if you wish to continue to use this version, you will need to download the Doorway Activity Pack.

Switch Access. This activity, like most Doorway activities, can be operated by switches. Generally, in two switch mode, a switch that emulates pressing the space bar moves the highlight on by one position and the Enter key confirms the action. In single switch mode, a switch press emulates the Space Bar. The learner can access all the same functions of the activity, but the timing of the focus moving forward must be set to an interval that suits the learner.
